The RB Series Nylon Sleeve Gear Coupling's inner gear ring is made of nylon, and the outer gear shaft sleeve is made of forged steel. The external teeth are divided into two types: drum teeth and straight teeth. The so-called drum-shaped nylon inner gear ring is made of the outer teeth into a spherical surface. The centre of the spherical surface is on the axis of the gear. It can allow larger angular displacement (relative to straight tooth coupling), which can improve the contact conditions of teeth, improve the ability to transmit torque and prolong the service life.
