NG Series Oil Tank

1) The fuel tank has a large enough volume. On the one hand, it can meet the requirements of heat dissipation as much as possible, and on the other hand, when the hydraulic system stops working, it should be able to accommodate all the working mediums in the system, and it can maintain an appropriate liquid level during operation.
2) The oil suction pipe and oil return pipe should be inserted below the minimum liquid level to prevent air bubbles from splashing and returning oil. The distance between the nozzle and the bottom of the box and the wall of the box is generally not less than three times the diameter of the pipe. The oil suction pipe can be installed with a mesh or line-gap filter of about 100 μm, and the installation position should be convenient for loading, unloading and cleaning the filter. The oil return pipe should be chamfered at a 45° angle and face the tank wall to prevent the return oil from impacting the deposits at the bottom of the tank, and it is also conducive to heat dissipation.
3) The distance between the oil suction pipe and the oil return pipe is long, and the partition plate is set up, which is beneficial to increase the way of liquid flow circulation and improve the effect of heat dissipation, air separation and precipitation of impurities.
